- Season support. A dark bulb or a storm-loosened strand gets fixed at no charge.
- Takedown and storage. We remove everything in January and store it until next season.

No. One seasonal price covers installation, mid-season maintenance, January takedown, and off-season storage. There are no separate removal fees, and you never store a tangled box of lights again.
What kind of lights do you use?
Commercial-grade LED lighting that we supply, own, and maintain — primarily C9 bulbs on rooflines, with mini lights for trees and shrubs. They are brighter and far more durable than retail strands, and failed bulbs are replaced by us, not by you.
Can we choose exactly what we want lit?
Yes. Roofline only, roofline plus trees, walkways, wreaths and garland, or the full property — you choose the scope, and the estimate prices each element on its own line.
What colors do you offer?
Warm white is the classic choice for older architecture, and we also install multicolor, red and white, and custom patterns. Because we store your lights between seasons, you can change the scheme next year without buying anything.
