Our Services

We install seasonal holiday lighting for homes and businesses — designed, hung, serviced, removed, and stored by one local crew.

Residential Lighting

Rooflines, trees, shrubs, walkway stakes, and lit wreaths and garland, all custom-fit to your house. Most homes here carry 100 to 150 feet of roofline across one or two stories, which keeps installs quick — often finished in a single morning — and keeps prices in our lowest tier.

Commercial Lighting

Storefronts, offices, and building frontage, installed after hours so you never close for lights. We keep commercial displays maintained through the shopping season and schedule takedown around your January hours.

Local and Trusted in Christmas Lighting

Our shop, our trucks, and our crews are based in Addison — this is where we live and work, not a pin on a franchise map. That matters most in December: when a strand goes dark or a storm knocks a run loose, the crew that fixes it is minutes away instead of being routed in from three suburbs over.

Holiday lighting is our newest service, and it is installed by the same local crews that handle our landscaping and grounds work year-round, with the same trucks you already see around town all winter. Close is not a slogan here; it is why estimates come fast and service calls come faster.

The Process

From first photo to spring storage, the season runs like this.

  1. Send your address, a photo, and what you want lit — we reply with a free, firm estimate.
  2. Approve the design and pick your colors; we supply and own every light.
  3. We install between October 15 and December 10 using removable clips — no staples, no nails, no holes.
  4. If anything goes dark mid-season, we repair it at no charge.
  5. We take everything down in January and store it until next season.

Why Choose Us?

A Hometown Crew

Your installer should not need GPS to find your street. Ours does not — every house in town is a short drive from our shop, which keeps estimates, installs, and service calls fast.

Real Prices in Writing

"Starting at" pricing tells you very little. Our ranges are published below, and the written estimate you approve is the price you pay.

One Contractor All Winter

Bundle holiday lighting with snow removal and one local company covers the roofline, the driveway, and the walks from October through March.

Everything Included

Mid-season repairs, January takedown, and off-season storage are all in the seasonal price — no surprise fees, and no boxes of tangled lights in your attic.

Christmas Light Installation Cost in Addison

Most Addison roofline installs run $400–$900, and full-property displays — roofline plus trees, walkways, and greenery — run $1,000–$2,200.

Install typeTypical range
Roofline only$400–$900
Full property$1,000–$2,200

That is a real range, not a teaser rate. Single-story ranches with easy access land near the bottom; longer two-story rooflines land near the top. Every install includes commercial-grade LED lights we supply and own, custom fitting, mid-season maintenance, January takedown, and off-season storage. Not included: permanent lighting systems and tree removal or trimming. Three things move your quote — roofline footage, number of stories, and roof pitch and access.

Want lights that never come down? Permanent LED systems run $20–$40 per linear foot — see our Christmas light installation page for details.

Areas We Serve

Home base is here, and our winter routes fan out across central DuPage County — Itasca, Wood Dale, Bloomingdale, and the other neighboring towns are all short drives for our crews. Proximity works in your favor twice: estimates get scheduled quickly, and December service calls are not stuck in a queue behind farther-flung jobs.

Storefronts and commercial buildings book on the same routes as homes. If you are one town past this list, ask — the answer is usually yes.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does professional Christmas light installation cost?

Roofline installs typically run $400–$900 for one- and two-story homes, and full-property displays run $1,000–$2,200. The price covers the whole season: lights, installation, mid-season repairs, January takedown, and storage. Estimates are free and firm.

Are your lights different from the ones at the store?

Yes. We install commercial-grade LED lighting that we supply and own — brighter, more weather-resistant, and serviced by us all season. If a bulb fails, we replace it instead of you returning a strand to the store.

When should I schedule my installation?

Book by November 15. Installs run October 15 through December 10, and early bookers get first pick of dates — including pre-Thanksgiving installs that stay lit for the whole season.

Do you take the lights down after the holidays?

Yes. Takedown happens in January and is included in your seasonal price, so you never climb a frozen ladder to pull lights in the cold.

Do you store the lights during the off-season?

Yes. After January takedown, your display goes into our storage until next season at no extra charge — no tangled boxes in the garage, and your layout stays on file for a faster install next year.

Can I keep my lights up all year?

Seasonal displays come down in January — leaving temporary lights up year-round shortens their life and fades the look. If you want year-round lighting, ask about permanent LED trim, which is built to stay up and priced separately.
